tgy98 Terms & Conditions

This document is a formal agreement between all players using the tgy98 platform (tgy98.run) and the operating company. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have read these terms and conditions in full and to have agreed to them.

The term "platform" refers to tgy98's website, mobile platform, and all related services. The term "player" refers to any individual who has registered an account on tgy98.

tgy98 is committed to providing Myanmar players with a better gaming experience, while retaining the right to suspend or modify services.

2.1 Individual Accounts

Each player may only register one account at tgy98. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same person may result in all those accounts being closed. Family members may each open their own separate account, but sharing funds between accounts is not allowed.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Details

Players must provide their correct name, date of birth, phone number, and bank / payment details when registering. Accounts opened with incorrect or false information may be blocked during withdrawal verification.

2.3 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their account password and login details secure. These must not be shared with others. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, contact customer service immediately. tgy98 is not liable for any losses that occur as a result of your account being used without your knowledge.

• If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately via Live Chat

The tgy98 platform is only available to players who are 21 years of age or older. If anyone under the age of 21 attempts to play, their account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

tgy98 may request proof of a player's age at any time. If the player is unable to provide it when asked, the account may be suspended.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on the platform can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer, with a minimum deposit amount of 20,000 Ks. Each deposit must be made from the player's own Myanmar payment account; third-party deposits are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour, though verification requirements may cause delays. Withdrawals are generally only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification Requirements

Players may be required to verify their identity before making a withdrawal or when processing large transactions. tgy98 may carry out anti-money laundering checks in accordance with financial regulations.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tgy98's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit (up to 300,000 Ks). For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. The bonus of 20,000 Ks must be wagered 15 times (20,000 × 15 = 300,000 Ks) before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 Bonus Usage Policy

• Bonus funds may only be used to play on the platform and cannot be withdrawn directly
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited
• Bonuses may have an expiry period; if the period passes, the bonus will be cancelled
• Each player may claim the bonus once only
• If bonus abuse is detected, the player's account and funds may be confiscated

5.3 Other Promotions

VIP progression bonuses, cashback rewards, and referral promotions will be governed by the terms stated on the relevant promotions page or in tgy98's announcements. tgy98 reserves the right to change promotions without prior notice.

tgy98 prioritizes fair play for all players. Game results are generated by an RNG (Random Number Generator), but no guarantee is given that any player will win consecutively in any game.

If players violate the following policies, their activity may be flagged as irregular play and investigations may be carried out—

• Playing with software assistance or using a bot
• Playing with the intent to reach a specific income amount
• Playing only for bonus purposes and withdrawing immediately after completing wagering requirements

The following actions are prohibited on the tgy98 platform—

• Opening an account with false information
• Opening multiple accounts by a single person
• Colluding with a third party
• Attempting to bypass platform verification
• Attempting to predict game outcomes using any software tool
• Conducting cyber attacks or using any method that could harm the platform
• Actions that violate anti-money laundering laws
• Bonus arbitrage between players

If any of the above is found, tgy98 may immediately close the player's account and forfeit any bonus funds or amounts obtained through means deemed to be in bad faith.

tgy98 protects players' funds using SSL encryption and a secure banking system. Players' funds are held separately from the company's operational funds, and player funds remain segregated regardless of service status.

Any financial losses that occur while playing with a deposit bonus are the player's own responsibility, and tgy98 will not refund betting losses.

tgy98 may suspend or close a player's account under the following circumstances—

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Found to have provided false information
• Suspected of activity contrary to financial laws
• Responsible gambling measures where a player requests limits on their own play
• Actions that disrupt the normal operation of the platform

If a player wishes to close their account, they may request this via 24/7 Live Chat. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before closure, provided wagering requirements are met.

tgy98 strives to provide uninterrupted service on the platform as much as possible, but takes no responsibility for losses arising from technical issues, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a player believes that tgy98 can resolve prizes or games lost due to game errors, server failures, or payment processing errors, they must contact the support team, who will review the case and resolve it as submitted.

By creating an account on the platform, a player is also deemed to have agreed to tgy98's Privacy Policy.

tgy98 may amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify players via the platform, but players should also check this page regularly themselves.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any change, you may contact us to close your account before continuing to play on tgy98.
